Sweet Dream Desserts and Catering is our dream come true – a family-owned bake shop, café, and full-service catering business located in Sycamore, Illinois. We want to make your sweetest dreams come true, which is why we bake the kind of homemade goodies you’re too busy to make at home anymore.
We began in 2006 with a simple goal – to make unforgettable desserts and mouth-watering cuisine that people will come back for again and again. We figured we were on to something when we’d baked our millionth center-filled cupcake, and in 2010, we were honored that The DeKalb Chronicle reader’s voted us DeKalb County’s number one caterer and bakery.
We’ve become famous for our moist, delicious cakes and center-filled cupcakes, as well as our wide assortment of homemade cookies and other sweets. When you come for dessert, stay for lunch and enjoy a bowl of homemade soup, something from our fresh salad bar and sandwich station, or one of our daily lunch specials.
We serve up desserts and fresh lunchtime fare Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., and then a DEA-licious breakfast buffet on Saturdays from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. We also cater mouth-watering cuisine when and where you need it. Whether you’re planning a simple barbeque, a business luncheon, or an elegant wedding, we have a full menu of meal options to fit your needs and your budget.
